Overall, the install was easy.
Just a matter of getting yourself to get it done.
The video on the removal / install procedures was most helpful.
The front shocks were completed very quickly. The rear shock required all hoses to be disconnected and the back of the washer to be removed. After removing perhaps a dozen screws t ... The rest of the project was the same as the front shocks. 1st time thru so to be expected.
Anyway, certainly a project that any DIYer can tackle.
Thanks Partselect for the correct parts in a timely fashion and the knowledge to perform the install.

Tried all the Internet fixes and nothing worked. Bough the part put it in and BINGO! problem fixed. This is a class-action suit waiting to happen -- will never buy Whirlpool again. The stink problem persists despite cleaning and more cleaning.

Brother who used to sell appliances opened the washer door and read the booklet inside the washer telling him the part necessary to repair the problem. $33/00 for the water flow meter Part and shipped in next morning and arrived overnight. Excellent service for only $7.00 shipping. Highly recommend this place for parts. This was after a

Removed the old pump and installed the new one. Most difficulty came from the fact that the dryer is on top of the washer and the washer is inside a plastic pan that has a 2 inch lip which made it difficult to remover the front panel.

After researching the issue on the internet, I found that this was a consistent problem with my washing machine model. Located Part Select, phoned them with the model of the machine and told them what I wanted. Part was received within 2 days. Flipped circuit breaker leading to washer off. Took top off of machine, located the pressure

switch, had to twist to remove where it was attached to side of machine. Removed plug with wires, plugged into new switch & replaced to previous location. Machine runs like a brand new one (the longest time was trying to figure out how to get the switch unattached from the side of the machine). Disappointed with Whirlpool; couldn't say enough good things about Part Select!

After receiving the hinge and screws, I watched the on line video at the website. I removed the door and hinge from the washer, removed the hinge from the door and re-installed the new hinge. The entire process took less than 15 minutes and reattaching the new hinge to the machine was a breeze. The replaced hinge is smooth as silk and

Was able to remove old bellow without dis-assembly. Replacement required removing the front of the machine for access. Once the front was off, the bellow was simple to replace. Biggest difficulty is getting the top mark on the bellow lined up. It has a tendency to slip out of position while you are working the back of the bellow over th

e retaining lip and it is not possible to rotate the bellow after it is installed. Fortunately, the tube from the detergent tray can be rotated slightly to allow for a small amount of error. Replacing the front retaining wire and spring required three hands at one point, but was otherwise not a problem. Fortunately removal and replacement of the front of the machine is pretty straight forward. I needed to disconnect wires to set the front out of the way, but it is impossible to plug them back in incorrectly.
