Installed ice machine components using kit and included instructions. Easy! Ran a copper line from under sink valve to back of refrigerator under the floor. Drilled two holes to run copper line. Plumber turned water off and replaced single valve with a double valve (one line to faucet and the other for the copper line). Installed shut of

f valve and filter at the other end of copper line. Then stainless hose to refrigerator. Everything went smooth. Double check the factory installed plastic line from the electric valve to the inlet for your freezer. Mine was barely inserted and leaked. I pushed it in all the way and it is fine now... Ice maker works really well! Wish I had done this sooner!

Opening up the Evaporator Fan section was a quick and easy job. After opening, I checked and removed the fan and looked at the grommet. The grommet on the fan was tight and secure and I could no longer hear the noise. I closed the opening. Something I had done while checking the fan grommet must have solved the problem. Then I took a picture of the wiring and water lines on the inlet valve so I would make sure that I hooked up the new inlet valve properly. When I received the new inlet valve I removed the back cove

. Slide new drum on shaft and reassemble crusher in reverse order. Install drum cover w/2 self tap screws. Install flat washer and "E" clip. Re install actuator rod and spring assy. Install front cover and test in refrigerator. The 2 self tap screws that hold drum cover are easier to remove with a 1/4' drive ratchet and 1/4" socket because of limited space behind actuator rod. This job is a snap to do. I'm sure it's at least $50.00 cheaper than a service call.

Pulled out the ice tray, took whatever screws held the front on. The rest was pretty easy. The only thing I would say was a problem was taking off the cutters. The front spacer is threaded, and loosens by turning clockwise. Also, the shaft that runs along the side of the tray has a spring and keeper. Make sure yoiu remember how you take
