Overlay on the control panel damaged,error lights coming on
I used the socket wrench to remove control panel from back of range. I removed the inside circuit board form the holder and carefully removed the overlay from the thin touch panel. I was able to Matchup the overlay to the circuit board smoothly. Reassembly was a snap. Your site helped me pick out the correct part I needed. Being able to see exactly what I needed and how everything fit together saved me a large repair bill. Thank you so much!!!!!

maintop paint bubbled & Chipped, overlay cracked
Unscrewed the five top burners, and the maintop pulled up and off. The overlay just peeled off, super easy to fix.

Ordered overlay, to fix non responsive key pad. We have 2 identical Frigidaire propane ranges. This did not fix issue. Still says F11 power fail and keeps beeping.

Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your question. The F11 error code is letting you know that you have a shorted touchpad. You can try pushing the buttons on the touchpad to see if this will clear the code from the display. If this does not work, you can try cutting the power to the oven for 2 minutes and then turn the power back on to see if this will clear it. If this does not help, you may also have to check the electronic control board to see if this is causing the issue. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Thanks for your reply, however it has been disconnected at the panel and still will not respond.. perhaps the circuit board itself. we believe it happened during hurricane dorian as the power here blipped for a sec.. no surge protectors so maybe it blew out board.on that note what is the cost of replacing?

When i use the oven i got error f13 so is it right part?

Hello Anna,
Thank you for your question. The F13 error code means there is a defect with the control board itself, not the overlay on the board. You would need to replace the main control board under part PS977997 for your model. We hope this helps.
