Hi, the user control display does not light up on the freezer. Freezer is running non stop with temp at -20 i have replace defrost thermosat and tried a new display controller board. Still would not light up or let me control temp. Could the electronic control board be the issue?

Thank you for your question. If you have replaced the defrost thermostat and the display control board, then you will need to check the electronic control board with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. Display panel does not light up and freezer runs all the time. Temperature is -15. Please advise.

Thank you for your question. If your freezer is running continuously, the issue may be with the freezer door gasket. If it is not sealing correctly, it will cause air to go inside the freezer's compressor and cause it to run continuously. If this is fine, you will need to check the electronic control board, the run capacitor, the start device, the thermostat, the control and display board and the compressor and sealed system.
