Hopefully I can 'wing-it' with the installation because I have no way to get the instructions it's supposed to ship with. No response when inquiring.

Broken bunner control and knob.
1. Slide out stove & unplug. 2. Remove stove top light top plate (a snap fit - do with care - a little awkward). 3. Remove bulb. 4. Remove two silver head Phillips screws that were under bulb. 5. Control panel swings face down towards stove top. 6. Pull off switch knob (spring pressure clip holds knob on switch shaft) and remove two silver head Phillips screws to release the old switch. 7. Follow instruction sheet that comes with the infinite switch to transfer wire connections to new switch. 8. Reassemble everything in reverse order. 9. Clean up before pushing stove back in.

I have a Jenn-Air electric cooktop stove and need to do some repairs. How do i know which switch kits will work? I found surface unit switch kit ap4087111 a few weeks ago. Now when i type in that number, it brings up ps2076107. Is it the same thing with just a higher price? And which knobs work with it? I also want to replace the surface burner receptacle (that the burner unit plugs into.) if ps1570190 the right part for that?
For model number 2375/90ERS
Hello Carol, thank you for your question. The burner switches are PartSelect Number: PS2076107, which can be used on any burner. The part number AP4087111 is not our part number but the same manufacturers part. The knobs for this unit are PartSelect Number: PS11757562, and the receptacle is PartSelect Number PS1570190. I hope this helps.

Dual element front left. Both elements work but do not cycle on and off with the heat setting. They are either ON or OFF regardless of where the knob is set. Which part will rectify this issue? Thanks, Brian.

Front left burner will not not work. What part do i need. It is the dual burner.G
For model number Kerc507ewh1
Hi Mary,
Thank you for your question. It could be either the burner itself or the switch that is the problem. I would recommend testing both with a multi meter. Good luck with your repair.

Hello,
My large dual burner (front left) is really wacky. At first, It was always on as if on high, wether the knob was on low or high. Now, it turns on and heats on the high setting but after a few minutes I kicks it down to what could be the lowest setting without us changing the knob position. In order to make it work on High, I have to turn it of and then on to the high position. But then again, it does the same thing a few more times until I finally decide to give up and try to cook dinner for 5 on a small burner ....
Help please!
