Product Description
Front Surface Burner Tube and Orifice Specifications
This is the replacement front surface burner tube and orifice for your gas range. You will find the orifice under the cooktop, beneath the burner. This part supplies fuel from the gas line to the stove top. Be sure to disconnect your range from its power source and turn off the gas line before you begin this repair. The orifices should simply screw out, and the new one will screw in. It is sold individually and is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer.

I broke the oriface lines
First I needed the correct model number & the correct part numbers for the two front tube assemblies. After that well.... I removed everything on top of the stove. I then proceded to remove all the torx screws for each orifice holder bracket & igniter wires so i could raise the top lid ( without this step you will wind up replacing more than one tube assembly!) Be careful when removing color coded wires so that they work with the correct burner. Remove compression nut to burner valve... i used a crowfoot. remove orifice holder from bracket & install new holder ( onto bracket). Install orifice assembly to burner valve ( do not over tighten), re-install wires to igniters, lower lid, and re-install torx screws. The correct parts require little effort to align. Last of all, test burners and check for leaks. Thanks for reading, I will continue to learn from my mistakes!

Can this part be substituted for part number wb28k10109
For model number RGB533WEH7WW
Hello William, thank you for writing. Our information does not show that the two parts are interchangeable. Front Surface Burner Tube and Orifice part PS954083 is for the large Surface Burner, and Manifold Supply Tube part PS240756 acts as a connector or gas supply tube for the Manifold Pipe. They have two completely different functions on your stove. We hope this helps.

what if rt front burner tube is kinked ? will it effect lighting oven or other burners
For model number RGB745BEH4WH
Hello Robert and Lynda, Thank you for your inquiry. If the tube is kinked or blocked in any way, it could cause gas not to get to the other burners or an overflow of gas, which can eventually start leaking. We would recommend replacing the tube. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
