My crisper drawer (the 2nd one from the bottom) is not working properly. It will not close all the way or run smoothly. I believe i need a new glide/holder for the drawer but do not know for sure which part is causing the problems. How do we go about figuring it out and getting the right parts? Please help. Thank you heather hahn

Hello Heather, thank you for writing! I would recommend checking the bin to be sure there are no cracks or chips out of the lip of the crisper where it glides into the frame. Also check the frame itself, as well as the rollers to see if there are any cracks or damage to those parts. You may need to disassembly the whole shelf including the gaskets (one on the left and right side of the frame, as well as one along the back) to see where the issue lies. Once we know which part is broken and needs to be replaced we would be happy to provide the part information! I hope this helps!
