Does the plastic bracket that attaches this part to the top of the refrigerator door come with this part or can we purchase it separately?

Is it possible to just get the plastic bracket instead of replacing the whole assembly for gns23gmhbfes (resubmitted).

My fridge model model pfe22kseafss, the mullion articulation asm, the top and bottom hinges broke off from the main part. Is there a way to just buy these two pieces? Without buying the entire part?
