Our refrigerator was damaged in delivery. The tube between the cabinet and the freezer door was damaged. We purchased it from lowes in harrisonburg, va. We contacted them and we were told that they would replace the unit. All we need is the piece of plastic tube between the cabinet and the freezer door. That happened almost a month ago and we have gotten no response from lowes. Can you help us?
