Any help on how to install the range? It seems to get hot in the back of the oven and I think it might be the control board.
For model number PRD304GHU
Hello James,
Thanks for your question. You can test the part with a multimeter to see if it has electrical continuity - replace the board if it does not have continuity. You may also want to test the thermostat fuse, part number PS8720897.
I hope this helps.

Hello Dwayne, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that the issue is probably with the Regulator, part number PS9865129. If you require assistance to place an order, please contact customer service. We hope that helps!
Problem is that the oven will turn off sometimes when preheating, When this occurs, you need to go to settings, enter the time again, and then you can turn the oven back on. The control panel has been replaced for this problem already, and it still happens, Stumped require help.

Hello Sam, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the oven vent for blockage. Blockage in the oven vent can lead to overheating and cause the oven to shut off. If this does not resolve the issue, then you may need to check the temperature sensor, part number PS8729210, to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
What is the function of this in the range? Does it have any control over the door or rebooting the range?
Thanks
For model number PRG486WDG 02
Hi Sam, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the control board fixing kit monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. It does not have control over the door and rebooting the range. We hope this information helps!

Model PRG366GH Oven does not hold temperature as well as it used to in regular “Bake” mode; drops about 50 degrees or more before reheating. Holds temperature well in “Convection Bake” mode. Oven Igniter replaced a few months ago and lights off quickly. Any recommendation as to a source of the problem? What part regulates the oven temperature?
