The large front right element stays on high even when I shut turn the electronic controller off. I need to unplug the stove and then if I plug it back in it is still stays on high. The electronic control works like the others and reads that it is off or low or high but has no control on the element. What part do I need to replace and is there a video?

No heat on the RF dual ring element. I have replaced the element with new one on assumption it was the temperature probe, but still does not work. How can I check the relay switch controlling the element or the PCB? Can the relay switch be replaced or does the entire PCB need to be replaced? PCB was number ERB73592803 which I see is no longer available. What is the correct PCB part number to replace?
