The hanging rails & meat pan runners were broken
1) The meat drawer and rails were damaged when my 7-year old son closed the refrigerator door while the meat pan was still extended.
2) I ordered the parts on-line using your easy to follow part search.
3) The items arrived 3 days later.
4) I used a phillips screw driver to remove the old rails & I attached the new rails (approximately 10 minutes).
5) I slid the front cover off of the damaged meat pan and slid it on to the new meat pan (approximately 3 minutes).
6) I slid the new meat pan onto the new rails.
7) I demonstrated to my son the importance of closing the meat pan prior to shutting the refrigerator door.

Both sides of the meat drawer hanging rails had been broken, and the drawer kept falling out.
First, I removed the shelf holding the meat drawer . Next, I used a screwdriver to remove the 4 screws that held the old rails to the shelf. Finally, I positioned the new rails and reinserted the screws into the holes and tightened. Less than 10 minutes and super easy!

The rack was broken and the meat drawer would fall down when pulled out. Had to use one hand to steady drawer while selecting meat/cheese.
Just like the very helpful video. Took the drawer out. Lifted the glass cover out. Took 2 screws out and extracted broken rail. Placed the new rail in with 2 screws. Voila! Easy-peasy.

The tip of the braket broke and would not longer hold the meat drawer
First, my husband removed the shelf assembly. Then he unscrewed the boken bracket. He then screwed in the new bracket and proceeded to install thecomplete shelf assembly back into the fridge. Placed the meat drawer back into correct location, to fit back into rail brackets. All done.

My drawer rail broke off on the right side.
The process of repairing the draw was very simply. First I removed the broken part with a screw driver and simply slide the new part on and secured the part w/ a screw and that was it.

Meat drawer kept falling
I removed the screws from the old rail, which was broken, and installed the new rail using the old screws. It was very easy, and I wish I had fixed it months ago when it first broke.

A couple of the endcaps had broken off the bars that are on the freezer and refrigerator door.
First I removed the broken end caps that I had taped on. I then slid the end caps on the ends of the bar and simply snapped them onto the door. Voila!
