I noticed that the ice maker quit making ice and the refrigerator is warm. The freezer is working but the coldest it will get is 22 degrees. The fridge stays at 53 degrees. Not sure if I should hear the sound of a compressor coming on and off. I hear no sound other than the fan running. Any ideas?

Hello Kevin, Thanks for your question. You may want to test the compressor start relay with a multimeter to see if it has electrical continuity. Replace it if it shows no continuity. You may also wish to test the evaporator fan motor, the thermistor, and the condenser fan motor. I hope this helps.
