Washer Timer Knob - White

Hello Byron, thank you for your question. First, pull the knob directly off the shaft of the timer and inspect it. Check for any cracks or breaks. If the knob is in perfect condition the timer itself should be replaced as the issue is with the shaft being stripped and not connecting in the timer mechanism. I hope this helps.
