The buttons do not work on the front control panel and the water & ice dispensers don't work. Also, there is a humming coming from the front control panel area. I am trying to figure out which part we need to replace. Would it be part 501? Does that come with the electronics behind the control panel (if that is even where our problem is)? Thanks.

Our refrigerator is having a problem with the left control panel. No lights come on and we can’t get water or ice. The refrigerator control panel does not come on and looks like we have no power to the control panel and we can’t get ice or water or control the temperature. But inside the refrigerator lights come on.
We also keep getting water under the fresh container bottom shelf in the refrigerator. I’m so confused on what parts I need. I did check the water reservoir and there is no water in the reservoir. Please help.
