The dual speed fan button no longer switches the fan on (the Turbo fan button still functions so it is not a problem with the fan). Do i just need to replace the membrane (mfm61936702) to fix the switch or is there another part involved in switching? (i just don't know if the membrane incorporates the necessary switches or is it just a plastic front to another part).

Thank you for your question. Sometimes running a hair dryer on low heat for a few minutes may fix the issue with button not working. If this does not help you will likely need to replace the touchpad or the electronic control board. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
