Some of the numbers on key pad do not work. Specially in the same row. Which part would you suggest may need to be replaced?

Hi Ashok, Thank you for your inquiry. You should check the connection ribbon between the board and the touchpad to see if it is still working correctly or if there are any visible burn marks or discoloration. If you find that your ribbon is fine, then it may be your electronic board that you would need to replace. Good luck with your repair.
