My LG 2 in 1 washer dryer is giving a PF code. I have unplugged and plugged back in, used the other receptacle of the outlet; turned the circuit breaker off and back on; plugged another device into the outlet (it worked fine ). 20 amp dedicated circuit, one outlet only for my LG. What are ther causes? If control board how can I test for that, please?

Hello Vince, thank you for contacting us. The PF error code indicates power failure. If you have unplugged and plugged back the unit and still getting the error, we would recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS3533794, to fix the issue. The electronic control board can not be tested. You may need to replace it. We hope this solves your problem!
