Le warning comes on and washer will not work. Reset it but still same le warning. Found a washer and nut under machine when removed. Is this the problem?
For model number WT5101HV
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your question. Based on information from the LG website, "An LE error code on the washer's display indicates that the motor is locked, possibly due to a heavy wash load. Large and heavy sized loads will put a strain on the motor, causing the LE code to occur. Performing a reset on the washer will normally resolve this error with a reduced load size." Here is a link to their website for more information, www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000010-1337701712239-le. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
