The door boot seal clamp, also referred to as an outer door gasket clamp, holds the door boot in place in a front-loading washer. If your washer is leaking from the door and there are no signs of damage to the door boot seal, check to ensure that it is securely fastened. If your boot seal clamp is faulty, or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

Door gasket had hole
Removed and replaced. BUT...
BUY THE TOOL! Buy the spring expander tool. I tried with needle nose and bloodied my knuckles. I am sure you all are strong and more adept, but next time I will buy the tool.

Washer was leaking.
After watching the video for installation of the bellow, I followed the suggested repair method and was able to repair my washer.

Washer was leaking water (Door boot had a tear in it)
Watch the videos on u-tube. I used the video where they did not take the top and front of the machine off. Make sure you get the spring pliers because they really do help
