Well, not sure what that button is and what your part number is for the start button now? The issue is that the button starts dryer when pushed but dryer dies when released???

Thank you for the question. The part number: PS3501394 - Button and Clip Assembly. Is your start button. You press this little blue button and it activates your Start Switch. Part number PS3487190, is your Start Switch. This is the electrical part that allows your appliance to start. It sounds like you will need to replace your Start Switch.

Hi Frank,
Thank you for your question. The PS3501394 Button and Clip item 730 is just the small blue button with the little white triangle shaped arrow. The Push to Start Switch for the dryer is the PS3487190.
