What are the symptoms when this part goes bad? Whats its function? Holder fuse. And what created to burned my 30 amp ccmr fuse as well?

Hello Jose, Thank you for the question. This is the fuse holder. If the holder is defective it will not engage the fuse. If the fuse is not engaged or blown there will be now power to the appliance. The fuse can be flown from a power surge or error or just a defective fuse. Hope this helps!
