I have a rental property supplied with the range model above. There were young girls livinig there, apparently learning to cook. One of them burn/melted the plastic cover over the control panel pretty badly - very unsightly for the next tenants. The controls still work as fas as i can tell. Can that plastic protective cover be replaced without replacing the entire control panel element? Thanks.

Hello Debra, thank you for your question. The plastic covering over the control board could be replaced on its own, you would order Part #: PS2353592. If the control panel needs to be replaced you would order the Part #: PS2345638. I hope this helps!

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your question. The LOC error code is letting you know that the control panel is locked. Before unlocking the control panel, make sure that both the oven and the cooktop are off. Then press and hold the "control lock" for 3 seconds. After you have completed this, a tone will sound and a lock will be displayed. Press and hold the "control lock" for 3 seconds to unlock it. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

The oven control panel stopped working so i replaced it. The read out for the clock and oven worked fine and i set clock and set oven temp and it started to heat up.Turned it off and when i went to use it later it read bad line. Any suggestions?

Hello Jim, Thank you for the question. This code displays when power is applied to the unit, but it has not been wired correctly. Contact an installer or electrician to correct the mis-wire and the oven will function normally. Hope this helps!
