Racks had rusted and needed replacement
The bottom rack was a breeze since it wasn't attached to anything. The more difficult task was removing the plastic rail guard for the top rack. With some elbow grease and ingenuity, I finally figured out that it must be tilted prior to being popped out of its socket. Follow the same procedure after replacing the rack.

Dishwasher rack was rusting and partially broken
The repair only required me to lift out the old unit and set the new rack into the dishwasher. I was pleased that there was nothing to put together. The rollers were already attached.
It took longer to open the shipping box than to do the installation.

racks had rusted but dishwasher still worked perfectly
bottom rack was easy as just pull out and replace. Upper rack had to move front part of the brackets to pull out rack which did require some figuring out but I did finally get it and once I figured out one side the other was easy.

Replacement of the Dish Racks due to corrosion
The top dish rack was not an exact replacement, the side shelf did not fit and the center spray did not fit. I ran into much more trouble removing the the top rack than I had thought. I used the old wheels and it finally went on but the other mentioned problems remained.

Rusted out racks
Followed the instructions and it was easy. Made the washer seem brand new!...It is the best solutions for a small budget. We used CLR to wash out the washer workings and it really left a sparkle on the dishes... I am so glad you don't change the models so much that parts can't be exchanged when they wear...

Rusted racks
Lower Rack- removed old rack and slid new rack in place.
Upper Rack- Removed the 2 plastic stops on rack slides using pliers to squeeze, turn slightly, & pull out carefully not to break them (although your company also carries those if I would have broken them). I then removed old upper rack, slid new upper rack in, pushed plastic stops back in rack slides and was finished

Some of the ends of upper & lower rack were exposing rusting metal tips. White coating wear, expose metal, leading to rust.
Rolled bottom rack out and lifted out. Replace lower rack by simply setting new rack on rollers and push inside dishwaher.
Top rack required removing plastic end clips on both sides of upper rack arms. Little bit struggle to remove but once out, old upper slide out of arms.
Installed new upper rack on arms and push retaining clips back in. Job complete.

Easy repair and fits but not the part shown on the website and a few small problems
The part came very quickly. We were surprised that it was not the same rack as shown in this picture (which is what we were replacing.) The spacers are different. Still fits and overall works well. A few slots are not properly aligned, therefore some dishes sit a little too close to each other. Also, the wheels in the front should be 3/4 inch, as shown in the picture. The model we received has all 1/2 inch wheels and so the rack is somewhat unstable when pushed in or pulled out. However, given the age of the dishwasher, we were happy to find a replacement part.
