When I start the cycle, the DW first fills with water, but then immediately empties it into the drain. If I complete the entire cycle, the inside of the tub never gets wet. I've replaced the Water Inlet Valve and the Piston & Nut assembly and cleaned all the screens in the tub. Do I need to replace this part or is it more likely the Drain Solenoid or Float Switch that are the problem?
For model number GSd5134D00WW
Hello Robert, thank you for the query. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the sequence switch, part number PS260075. You may need to check this part to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
