Pump works will not agitate or spin , belt is good. Tub turns and belt moves underneath when turned manually.

Hello Dave, thank you for contacting us. This sounds like the motor is no longer spinning. If you can run the washer with the panel off, check to see if the pulleys are spinning, if not, the motor will need to be replaced. Hope this helps!

Will not come out of spin cycle. Keeps adding minutes to time. Nothing in the pump and drain hose and line clear. Water is pumping out

Washer turns on, fills, and drains as it should. This model does not have an agitator in the center. While lifting lid to observe spinning drum, it was discovered that the drum was not spinning during what should have been the spin cycle. Cover was removed and a spin cycle was observed. The motor shaft, belt, and drum fly wheel all seemed to be in good working order. The drum and main shaft will turn freely by hand. During the observed spin cycle the motor would begin to spin the drum at a slow rate of speed for only a few seconds then stop. The motor would pause for another few seconds then begin to spin again at the same slow rate of speed only to stop after a few seconds. This repeated over and over again until the timer on the spin cycle finished. I also though i could hear a faint noise coming from the motor while it was trying to spin the drum. I think the motor and control board are faulty. Anyone able to confirm my theory or have any tips on ways to confirm this?Thanks

Thank you for your question. If the dryer is not spinning, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which ones are causing the issue. You will need to check the belt, the drain pump and motor, the tub dampening straps, the split ring, the tub seal, hub washer and tub bearing washer and the shaft and mode shifter assembly.
