On the keypad, all lights work, when i hit start nothing happens. How can i be sure it is a keypad issue and not something else. I’d hate to invest in fixing when it needs to be replaced. I’m guessing it came with the house making it 20 years old.

Hello Missy, Thank you for your question. The only other part that could be the cause of your issue, is the motor itself under part PS3652479 for your model. We suggest checking for any visible defects on the motor itself before replacing the keypad. Hope this helps!
