The front left burner does not light on it own. It will work if you use a match to light it. The other 3 burners light properly. Do i need part # 236543 surface burner ignition switch. Thank you

Hi Keith,
Thank you for the question. You will need to replace the spark igniter for that burner. The spark igniters are part of the Orifice Holders so the Holder for the left front burner will need to be replaced.PartSelect Number PS1019548.

Hello Ray, thank you for your question. If the igniter is glowing, but not lighting the burner I would recommend replacing the oven igniter. If the igniter is not glowing at all, you should check the oven thermostat and the gas valve. I hope this helps!

My igniter does not click when I turn the switch is it the switch that might need replaced or the igniter itself that might need replaced

Hello Brad, Thank you for the question. In most cases it is the Top Burner Spark Electrode, PartSelect Number PS952858. If you can turn the knob and light the burner with a match, I suggest replacing the Electrode. Hope this helps!

The module controls the spark for lighting the range's surface burners while the switch causes the spark ignition system to ignite the surface burner.
