The panel on my stove is dented where the display shows through for temperature and such. My stove is 6 years old. Will this front panel go on easily?

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, generally you just unscrew the end caps, then unscrew the part from the rest of the brackets and you should be able to replace the part fairly easily. I hope that helps. Good luck with your repair!
