The first thought when one of the glass inserts in my refrigerator I just panicked. Where would I have to go to get such a perfect replacement? Hi I just wanted to make sure I'm getting the right glass top for my crisper drawer.
Can you confirm the dimensions?
I need a tempered glass piece that is 16.5" x 14" but it seems the other ones may be slightly different size? You usually have a grid in your photographs but this item does not have the actual size.

Does this part include the mounting bracket as well as the glass insert? I need an extra shelf.

Need the glass shelf that sits above the deli drawer...I actually opened the fridge door an 1000 little pieces of glass fell to the floor ..just shattered on its own last wed nite..tryed to exchange lower crisper glass above crisper drawers but didn't fit ..its actually a diferent size than the glass shelf above the crisper drawers..for I tryed to switch the outhers to the one atop the deli drawer an width was diferent and seamed a lil longer by 1/16"longer ...
I bought this new with warranty from home depot like in 2019 cant find receipt..its in perfect condition..I just need anouther shelf that sits on top of the so called deli drawer ( top drawer of the 3 drawers ) in lower half of fridge ...
I dont think it should of just broke with 1/2 gal of milk and an a dozen eggs on it ...please can you replace it ??
I own 2 freezers of yours also .never had a problem till now ....please get back to me asap thanks
