Need to find the correct ice dispenser. There are so many and i don't know the part #.

My ice maker lakes ice but won't dispense it. The blade on the front of the auger shaft in the ice bucket has come off the shaft. I have been told if I replace the $205.00 ice bucket my problem will be solved.
If I push the "door closed" button, select crushed or cubed and actuate the dispense lever the door dispense flap opens and the drive module in the rear clicks loudly and buzzes sounding as if the auger drive motor is locked up and the auger drive fork does not move.
I feel I need more than a $200.00 ice bucket.

My ice machine makes ice just fine, dispenses water through the door just fine, but won't dispense ice through the door. For your part # ps2363741, when I look at the exploded parts diagram and then at my machine, my auger (part # 2) spins within part # 41 freely. Is part #41 supposed to rotate when the auger turns? I think this may help guide or push the ice into the dispensing mechanism, but again my part #41 spins freely

Hi James, Thank you for the question. Item #41,Dispenser Crusher Housing should not spin.I suggest taking the bucket apart to see if there housing has come loose or is broken and needs to be replaced. Hope this helps!
