Digital display alone gone blank without any other dryer operational problem.
Just find & follow a YouTube video instruction on how to replace the control board. Only tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. Instruction was clear to follow. Very happy to have purchased the control board at a reasonable price from partselect.com.

The control panel lights flash and the dryer beeps when you turn the selector knob and or push any buttons but other than that nothing happens. The dryer won't start at all any more. Any suggestions?

OK, when I turn the knob to select the desired load, I have to keep turning it before the indicator shows me I selected the one I want. Basically it is when I turn the knob, it is like the knob is slipping or stripped or something. Is this the control board or something else?

Got an error code e63 on Electrolux dryer but heater seems to work before shutting down could it be the control board?

Hello David, Thank you for the question. These E63 error codes normally indicates you have an issue with the heating element, thermal fuse, cycling thermostat or even with the control board. Before replacing the Board we suggest testing the thermal fuse and the cycling thermostat with a Multi Meter. We hope this helps!
