Hi Pam, Thank you for your question. You might want to check and make sure that none of the tubes are clogged inside of your dispenser drawer. Your detergent does not dispense, it actually gets flushed out when water is going into your appliance. So if your liquid is not getting into the washing machine during the fill, then you have either put too much washer liquid, there is a clog in one of the dispenser drawer ports, or your water inlet valve is not bring enough water into your appliance to flush out the drawer correctly.
