The grill-vent broke and the grease filters needed to be replaced.
I simply placed the grill-vent in hood area, pulled out the dirty grease filters and slid in the replacement ones.

Your site came up and gave drawings of the Microwave in parts.Based upon the drawings I was able to determine what I was missing and ordered it by speaking to a live representative. I was concerned dealing with a foreign country company, however everything turned out great within a reasonable time frame. I am trying to replace the grease filter and the charcoal filter that goes under the microwave oven. I don't have the manual for the stove or microwave. The model # i could find is in the microwave door which is w10530843 or khms2056sss-4?! please help! i don't want to purchase this by just guessing and have to return it.
