I'm having an i50 error code. The dishwasher does not make any noise and it is not even making an attempt to start. It only display the code when is turn on. What should I do?
For model number EI24ID81SS
Hi Jose, thank you for your query. We have found that i50 means that your dishwasher thinks the circulation pump is not running properly. It can be caused by a malfunction of electronics or the failure of the circulation pump, the purpose of which is to supply water to the nozzles. The first thing to do is to take the dishwasher apart and make sure there is no debris obstructing the circulation pump impeller from rotating. If you find nothing, then you may need to replace the circulation pump assembly, part number PS12075149, to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
