The front two brackets that attach the heating element to the roof of my top oven have burned/rusted through and it snapped off in the middle, so the heating element is hanging by the two prongs in the rear of the stove. Is it possible to pull the bracket head out of the top of the stove and simply replace it, vs having to replace the entire heating element? If the holes in the roof of the oven are too damaged to hold new brackets, what are my options? Thank you in advance, Lee

Hello Lee, Thank you for the question. Unfortunately the brackets are attaches to the Element so it can not be moved forward on the element. The element would need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

My oven has worked fine since I bought it but now a couple weeks ago it just stopped heating. I had someone come out and they said it was the breaker, I don't think that is true. The element on top does not heat up at all. I am thinking that is what is wrong with it.

Hi Sandy, thank you for the question. Based on the description you have provided, we would suggest checking the temperature sensor first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the broil element, part number PS16218347. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
