Set the mode and temp then during pre heat the alarm sounds and it’s in err. Flashing reset everything and during cooking the same thing happens. We also noticed a error in temp when the alarm signals it’s up to temp. Sometimes anywhere from100 to 250 degrees off. It also constantly beeps during cooking them the oven comes on adjusts temp a little and beeps again. It does this process all the way up to cooking temp. Very annoying and we never know when it’s done, or err and not even on . Last thanksgiving two hours passed and after it was up to temp it went to err. And it was cold . Please help ? I don’t know if it needs one control or the other or both or maybe the main control board. Frustrated in hanover, ma.

Hi John,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multimeter. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

Hi Lanny, Thank you for the question. The error code ERR typically means that an invalid time or temperature has been set on the oven. Press the "Clear/Off" button to reset the oven. Hope this helps!
