My ice maker works intermittently. I makes ice for a couple of weeks then stops. It has made ic in a couple of months.

I understand I need to replace the ice maker because the rocker arm broke. Does the part come with instructions showing how to remove the existing ice maker?

Hello Daniel, thank you for that great question! There is a mounting bracket above the ice maker that holds it in place. Remove the bracket, separate the ice maker, and install the new one. We hope this information helps!
