The ice maker will not dispense when the freezer door is closed. When the freezer door is open and you hold the button down, ice will dispense. I think it is the wiring at the bottom of the freezer door, but I am not sure which part to order. We have replaced the auger motor, the seal for the ice dispenser, and the door switch. Any help/advice is appreciated

Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator will not dispense ice with the door closed, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the dispenser control board, the ice dispenser actuator pad and the ice door. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check some of these parts. You can perform electrical continuity and voltage tests on the control board to see if it’s still functioning correctly. We would also recommend testing the ice maker rocker switch, part number PS11770043, and the jumper wires, part number PS11702003.
