Contractor did not install turntable support
Once we realized we had ordered the wrong part and r4eorderd the right one the fix was easy. The downside was the $35 to return the mistakenly ordered part. I will think long an hard before ordering any parts here again.

The tray support doesn't spin correctly but I don't see anything wrong with it. Do I need to replace everything?
