Microwave stopped heating. All other functions work properly. turntable, fan, lights, controls etc.. all working just will not heat. Also tried unplugging to reset but did not help.

Hi Richard, thank you for reaching out. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the magnetron. We would recommend replacing the magnetron, part number PS12383382, to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
