On our current control system display, the light for “cube” does not work. All other lights do work. Do i need to replace the control System or is there an other part to purchase?

Hello Shaun, Thank you for writing. There are no individual parts. It is all in one assembly that works all the lights in the module. The part is PartSelect Number PS12365165. We hope this helps.

The cube setting on the control panel does not work it just crushes on both settings. Does the whole panel have to be replaced?

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for the question. This could be caused by a defective Refrigerator Ice Dispenser Solenoid. The cube solenoid allows cube or crushed ice to be dispensed on demand. Check to make sure it is not rusted or froze so it can not switch from cube to crushed. The continuity can also be checked with a Multimeter. We hope this Helps!
trying to figure out if i have a main control board malfunctioning, or multiple parts failing. first off the freezer is not defrosting like its supposed to and i have replaced the defrost thermistor recently. the ice maker is making ice occasionally, but never fills the bin, the ice Despencer only works properly once then you have to reset the fridge for it to work once again, but the water Despencer always works without resetting the fridge. any help in a direction for repairing this would be greatly appreciated, thanks. Thank you for your question. If your ice maker is not making ice and your refrigerator is not defrosting, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the main control board, the control assembly, the ice and water module, the ice dispenser solenoid, the defrost heater and the ice maker. My icemaker auger doesn’t turn. The water dispenser works. It makes ice but won’t dispense it. I put it in diagnostic mode and it didn’t activate then either.

I have this fridge that allows water to dispense but doesn't make ice. Ive replaced the water inlet valve, the ice maker bin with the housing connection, the paddle board and the display board and I'm still not getting ice. The valve doesn't seem to be opening allowing water to fill the ice make tray. the dispense tube is not frozen. Any idea what I can possibly be missing? I did replace the water filter as well. At this point I'm just missing replacing the fridge.

Refrigerator and freezer both getting cold. Door temp will say 31 and -4 despite being set at 38 and 0. The compressor and fans run continuously. It will allow me to put it in forced defrost and fans and compressor turn off. Am I dealing with a defrost timer issue or potentially a control board?
