One of the knobs was wrapped in thin aluminum foil which peeled off when i cleaned it. Is this normal and are the knobs guaranteed?

Thank you for your question. The knobs are made of hard plastic and are painted based on the color of the appliance they are used on. If you purchase a part from us, we provide all of our parts with a one year warranty.
