My mid and upper spray arms are not working although I recently replaced them and it didn’t fix the problem. I don’t think my bottle washer is working. What could cause this?

Dishwasher not fully draining. Drain pump starts and stops. Seems very weak. Which pump should I order, (a) single speed drain pump kit or (b) circulation pump assembly? Thank you in advance.
