I sent a question last friday about our oven not working. Oven started heating, came almost to the desired temperature then quit. No error codes. Cleared the panel and reset - indicated temp was above min temp, to begin with, but the oven did not increase in temp. Cleared the panel, turned off the breaker for 2-3 minutes, reset the breaker and tried the oven again. Can hear the convection fan run, and some relays clicking initially and occasionally after, but the temperature in oven will not increase. It can touch the floor of the oven and not getting hot. Then i tried the broiler and that element did not work either. Thanks for your previous response. i found the thermostat ps3530468 and it has continuity. also each of the oven and broiler element have continuity.
this model does have a back panel mounted control circuit board with 4 relays. i started checking voltage at the relays and each of them have a lead with 123v ac with the oven control "off". when i 'start' the oven or the broiler, the relays click and have 123v at the output terminal of each. each terminal at the elements (oven or broiler) have 123v (black meter lead on ground) when the control panel is started for either element. however, if i test voltage across the terminals of the elements while the relays are activated, i do not get any (or very little) voltage reading (black test lead on one terminal and red test lead on the other terminal of the element)
the relay board part number is ebr74164812, and your store does have one, but i don't want to spend $100 if that is not the logical next consideration.
thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Richard. It does sound like it could be the control board, both elements not working, if both thermostat and temp sensor are good than it is likely a faulty board. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair.
