Roller support on COVER snapped.
At first I thought it was the support from the diagram. Not easy to get a visual 3d LIKE OTHER WEBSITES have. Current diagram looked like all I needed was the Bin. then found out I needed the cover which was an extra 100.00.
I was not happy. Theres nothing to tell you how to replace 24b part per diagram on website. You have to remove both left and roght shelves connected together and then unscrew, replace, etc,. Again no instructions on how to replace such said item.

Model FGHD2368TD3. When facing the fridge, I have a problem with the left crispseal drawer sliding assembly. The plastic area where the roller screws in has broken from the right rail. I do not have the area that broke off, nor its roller. I think I need to get PS12071126 (right side rail) and PS12071116 (roller). But, the picture of the right side rail does not show the groove where the roller would roll in.Can you confirm the parts I need? Thanks in advance.

Hello Kay, Thank you for writing. Yes, these are this is the correct rail and roller. The roller does not roll in and out on the rail, but the lip of the crisper. We hope this helps!
