Frigidaire Gallery Bin roller
Unfortunately the part I ordered from the image was not the part required. Frigidaire requires you to replace the entire shelf when one of the rollers supporting the drawer breaks off. Hopefully I can return the PS12071124 rail and order part # PS12071129.

The left side roller broke away from the crisper cover frame
I removed and separated the crisper tray and cover from the refrigerator. Removed the left side rail from the damaged cover and discarded the old cover. I added the new roller to the new cover and replaced the side rail to the new cover and reassembled into the refrigerator
The wheels on the glass drawer, as well as the vegetable drawer broke.
I ordered a new vegetable drawer, glass shelf and 2 additional wheels. I removed the metal frame from the glass shelf, and placed them on the new shelf. I then replaced the broken wheels (gliders). The whole process took less than 20 minutes. The parts fit perfectly! I have to commend this site in helping me figure out exactly what I needed, since I originally ordered the wrong part, but they walked me through the correct ordering process and made the return of the incorrect very easy.
