I need an interface control panel part #w10911040. I need it with the led read outs. Your picture diagram doesn't show it with the led screens it only shows the housing. Do you have one with the led screens. If it doesn't work can i send it back

Does part # w10825104 include the part w20754162? Or do they need to be purchased separately? (these two parts make up the control panel or user interface of the machine)

Hello Dawn, thank you for your question. Part #: PS11769775 and Part #: PS12349415 are the items# 3 and 1 on the control panel diagram. These would come in the same color as the unit, and would complete the control panel and user interface. I hope this helps!

Our touchpad sometimes does not respond.
We often get alarms during the cycle with no codes. The washer turns itself on sometimes. If we unplug- it reboots and behaves for a while. We are wondering if this is the touchpad and/ or the electrical system?
