Excellent quality

Back up and working.

When I was buying the part, it appeared you would get two, that’s how the pictured showed the part. However, upon receipt I got two pieces instead of the four I thought I ordered. Pretty pricy for a small piece of plastic.

Overpriced

at that price i taught it was for 4 units :-( no it was for 1

We were expecting the parts to arrive much faster, because as advertised on their website and also as we talked to them on the phone, the parts were supposed to ship faster and arrive faster (since we live in Ontario and the parts were supposed to ship from Ontario). But it did not happen. And after a follow up with them on the phone, we received some nice excuses. But eventually, we received the parts and they were working. So, expensive and not delivered as promised; but working! (So it was a tough call, to return them while the shipping costs would be deducted, or to keep them!)

The part came broken, was able to purchase new part and had great customer service, only thing I’m mad about is that I had to pay for shipping of new part even though it was not my problem with part broken inside unopened bag. Part worked(once came not broken) as described. Dishwasher fixed.
