Circulation pump for Maytag dishwasher
The part ordered came fast - ordered wed night, arrived in N.Alberta fri am. Installation was easy but finding the video for installation took 1 1/2 hours because it was neither listed under the model or part number. Finally found the part select video for said part on YouTube and that took time. With right video, total time was under 1/2 hour to replace. thanks

Worked as expected, videos helped
Part came the next day and it was successfully installed. Hardest part was removing the components from the sump, the videos on the site helped a lot. Dishwasher is a lot quieter.

OEM parts- perfect fit. Minor shipping damage
Part came in on time, was decent price. Gave 4 stars because my new dishwasher motor had minor damage on it- aluminum tab that protects the electrical plug was broken off on one side.

no water reached top rack spinners
Removed DW following great instructions for our unit at: repairclinic.
Problem when removing actual pump as a thin metal screen fell out after. Cleaned it and tried to reinstall the screen. It took over an hour figuring out how the screen went back in as it was cut to fit a certain way and had to try it over and over blindly then try to get it to stay before putting in pump. Finally put DW on its face. It was almost two hours after starting that everything was done exactly as instructed.
Started washer. Water came in perfectly. After about two minutes when the washer arms would start there was a horrible grinding sound and we promptly turned it off. My wife gave up the fight and is washing dishes by hand. That was a $172.00 experience.

Top sprayer arm not spaying dishes clean
For model number tud8700qxo
Hello Melvin, thank you for your inquiry. The first thing that we recommend is removing the spray arm and cleaning it well. Debris in the holes can keep the sprayer from turning. If the spray arm is clean and the holes clear, you will want to remove the bottom spray arm and clean the Accumulator and Filter Part Number: PS897295. It would also be a good idea to check the Impeller and Seal Kit. Part Number: PS12069388, which is located on the side of the Circulation Pump Motor Part Number PS2579599. If these areas are all clean, the circulation pump may need to be replaced, as this part pushes the water through the mainfold tube and up to the spray arms. I hope this helps!

Dishwasher runs in water then stops what will fix this?
For model number DU1055XTVB1
Hello Patty, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend testing the bimetal fuse, part number PS2360984, the high-limit thermostat, part number PS11743423, and the door switch, part number PS11745501. They are the most probable culprits and can be tested for continuity using a multimeter. We look forward to hearing from you if you need assistance with placing an order through our 7-days-a-week customer service. We hope this helps!

I tested the bimeter and get a reading. Does that mean it's bad?
For model number DU1055XTVB1
Hello Patty, thank you for contacting us. When testing the thermal fuse for continuity the ohm reading should be 0 ohms. If it gives a reading other than zero, the bimetal fuse, part number PS2360984, is probably shorted and needs to be replaced. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

Washer takes in water at the start. Arms spin as they should (I can hear and see that water is getting to top rack). After the first phase of the cycle, water drains for the rinse cycle properly. During the rinse cycle no water is brought back in and cycle starts and creates a loud humming noise no water is moving though the arms or being distributed inside though the spray arms. When I add water manually it works as it should. I replaced the pump still same problem. All "wash options" work the same as mentioned above. What could be causing this lack of additional water when called on in mid-cycle?
For model number GU2475XTVB1
Hi Scott, thank you for the question. We would recommend testing the float switch. You can test this with a multi-meter. If it is good, then you will need to replace the control board, part number PS11752012, on the unit. Good luck with this repair!
